With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy John Tickle (Davidson, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on October 31, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Tickle and Lucy Johnson O'Brien; his wife Teresa Johnson Tickle; and his sister Donna Shelton. He is survived by : his children, Tracy Simmons (James) and Billy Tickle, Jr.; his brother Buddy Tickle; and his grandchildren, Keith Pegram, Blake Tickle, Kaylee Caudle, Zander Humble, Allen Simmons, Logan Simmons and Megan Lambeth.
