With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Brogdon of Davidson, North Carolina, born in Stuart, Virginia, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Earley Rufus Hopkins, Jr.; and her brother Kenneth Hopkins. She is survived by : her mother-in-law Dottie Puckett Hopkins; her husband Robert Bruce Brogdon; her mother Dottie Puckett Hopkins of Lexington; her sons, Brian Shane Hopkins of Lexington, Robert Scott Brogdon (Linnley) of Lexington and Johnnie Keith Brogdon of Lexington; her siblings, William Hopkins (Michelle) of Lexington, Cheryl Dull (Rick) and Carolyn Brockman (Jerry) of Lexington; her siblings-in-law, Teresa Waitman (Craig) of Lexington, Linda Brogdon Mattice of Hawaii and John Brogdon (Liz) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Anna Brogdon-Boyles (Craig), Abby Brogdon, Cole Brogdon, Christopher Brogdon, Cayla Sweet, Jasmine Greenwood (Mason), Cameron Wheeler and Christian Wheeler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
