He was predeceased by : his parents, Elder S. B. Fraley and Anna Mae Fraley; his daughters, Christy Fraley and Fawn Fraley Brown; and his siblings, John Fraley and Zetta Fraley.

He is survived by : his wife Margaret Ann Fraley; his children, Dawn Fraley Thompson and Shawn Fraley; and his brother Billy Fraley. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Briggs Funeral Home (103 E Salisbury St, Denton, NC 27239). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel (103 E Salisbury St, Denton, NC 27239).
