She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wentz and Helen Wentz; her son Steven N. Kramer; and her brother John M. Mallan. She is survived by: her husband Captain Theodore R. Kramer, Jr.; her son Theodore R. Kramer III; and her sister Patricia Mallan Hanna (Leland) of High Point, NC.. She is also survived by several grandsons and granddaughters and, proudly, one great granddaughter.
