He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Melvin Sheehan, Sr. and Macie Plemmons Sheehan. He is survived by: his wife Betty BorateaSheehan; his children, Brian Sheehan (Lindsay), Benji Sheehan (Ali) and Brandi Green (John); his grandchildren, Bay, Blythe, Della, Dabney Grace, Mackenzie, Mark, Thompson and Leighton; and his sisters, Becky Sheehan (Kris) and Phyllis Ferguson (Brooks). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Huntersville Presbyterian Church, Rock Steady Boxing at HFFA or The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
