She is survived by: her children, Austin Summers (Kristen "Simone" Leverette), Avery Matthews and Ayla Matthews; her grandchildren, Jordan Summers, Ny'Mir Leverette, Jaiden Summers, Jayla Summers, Malachi Matthews, Kinsley Bell and Kaydence Matthews; and her children, Lawrence "LJ" Wilson, Kevin Trimpey, Kenrick Jobe, John Coble, Brandon Holmes, Shakeria McIntosh, Marquez Grayson and Michael Wright Jr..

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Alderwood of Davidson County, formerly known as Hospice of Davidson County.
