She was predeceased by: her parents, Suzanne Batson Shorts and Arthur M Shorts. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Susan; her brother Arthur Shorts (Anita); her sons, George W. Starbuck IV "Bill", Robert Burnham Starbuck and Michael Baston Starbuck; and her sibling's children, Tracy Shorts, Heather Parlee and Robert Yarrow. She is also survived by her three boys, three grandsons, two great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
