He was predeceased by : his parents, Vincent Joseph Panella and Ida Pasquerelli Panella. He is survived by : his wife Diane Panella; his sons, Carl Riggins and Jacob Riggins; his grandchildren, Rory, Molly, Kailyn and Carl Jr.; and his sister Denise Mieras.
