It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Loyd McIntosh Jr. of Davidson, North Carolina, born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Hager McIntosh; his sisters, Janice McIntosh and Sondra Curtis; and his granddaughter Kelsey Jones. He is survived by: his father Richard L. McIntosh; his wife Catherine "Cathy" Bleacher McIntosh; his children, Sabrina McIntosh, LaNell Jones (Riggs), Ashley Casarella (Jordan), Janice Pruitt (Travis), Brittney Trevathan (Ryan), Rikki Shull (Corey) and Richard "Trey" McIntosh (Sydney); his grandchildren, Kamdyn, Laynie, Jakson, Holden of Gray, CJ, Ayden, Richard "Mac", Noah, Allie and Trevathan; and his siblings, Cheryl Fitzpatrick and Scot McIntosh (Janie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
