He is survived by: his daughter Leigh Millikin Whiting (Bryan); his granddaughter Kaitlyn Emily Millikin; and his great grandchild Charles Leon Piermatteo.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Episcopal Church (164 Fairview Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's or St. Patrick's Episcopal Church Cavin-Cook Funeral Home & Crematory, Mooresville, is serving the Millikin family.
