She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph H. Lee and Mildred Spurling Lee (Mittie); and her friend Amy Murphy Welch. She is survived by: her children, Alyssa Putt of Durham and Shaina Putt of Monroe; and her sisters, Sherri Hartsell, Donna Boone and Teresa Blake. She is also survived by family members and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Ada Jenkins Center, CVAN, NAMI, or another organization working to provide safety, stability, and support to vulnerable community members or those living with mental illness and addiction.
