He is survived by: his wife Judith Jackson of University's Russian Institute; his children, James Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth Jackson (Seth Chadbourne); his granddaughter Beatrice Chadbourne of Davidson, NC; his sisters, Jane Ellen Jackson and Juliana Dyson of Stallings, NC; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Jackson of Carthage, NC and Diane Fletcher Mahoney of Waynesboro, VA; and his caregiver Andrea. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews.
