She is survived by: her children, Corey Ivery (Angie) of Statesville, Dianne Rankin Sanders, Shirley Ivery Black of Mooresville and Delois Jean Reddick (James) of Cleveland; her sister-in-law Ruth R. Rankin of Statesville; her nephew John Wesly Rankin (Loretta) of Salisbury; her niece Annie Mae Rankin Sheely (Alma Ivery) of Kannapolis; her pet Izak Ivery; her friend Vinson Y. Smith of Statesville; her grandchildren, Sedettra Rankin Bowen (William) of Brown's Summit, Dwight Sloan Jr. of High Point, Chamekia Sloan Spencer (Jonathan Sr.) of Charlotte, Shandra Ivery Tyus (Darren) of Portsmouth, VA, Cedarian Reddick, Keshawn Imes (Talisa), Adrian Wilson, Devon Wilson (Jalisha) of Statesville and Cavin; and her great grandchildren, Demetrius Sloan, Tashon Brandon, Ivery Sloan, Sydney Bowen, Nazarie Imes, Camden Sloan, Jonathan Spencer Jr., Nia Spencer, Arry'anna Tyus, Zikera Imes, Keshawn Ivery Jr., Khaidyn Imes, Keshawana Imes, Dhynasti Ramseur, Jahzeir Wilson, Alana Wilson and Kinleigh Wilson.
