She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd L. Cox and Betty J. Wood. She is survived by: her close friend James Watson; her children, Natalie Watson and Nicholas Watson (Irene); her brothers, Tony Cox (Rhonda) and Chris Cox; and her nephews, Justin, Wesley and Cameron.
The family requests that instead of flowers, a donation be made to the Watauga Humane Society in honor of her beloved cat and companion, Nibbles.
