It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Jo Deaver of Deep Run, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Connie Jo Deaver to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Howard and Naomi Howard; and her sister Helen Howard Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Tom Deaver; her daughter Jennifer Estrada (Theresa Santos) of Deep Run; her stepdaughters, Lisa Teel (Timmy) of Pink Hill and Jennifer Deaver of Deep Run; her granddaughters, Emily Humphrey (Scott) of Greenville and Baylee Mackey (Bailey) of Watauga; her great grandchildren, Annie Mackey and Sawyer Mackey; her sisters, Ann Chaney (John) of Melbourne and Tammy Howard (David Smith) of Durham; and her brother-in-law Steve Bennett of Fayetteville.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Pink Hill Funeral Home (1056 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
