He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hershel Pennington and Mamie Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Pennington; and his sisters, Virginia Lee of Indiana and Shirley Myers of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
