Todd touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Tom Hall; his grandparents, Percy, Allie Hall, James and Mary Brinkley; and his friend Michael Brinkley.
He is survived by: his mother Susan Hall of Kinston, NC; his wife Leigh Anne Radford Hall; his siblings, Tommy Hall (Misty) of Kinston, NC and Kristy Vaughan (Ben) of Grifton, NC; his nephews, Ryan Hall (Samantha) of Kinston, NC, Cole and Tucker Vaughan of Grifton, NC; his niece Lacey Floyd (Landon) of Winterville, NC; his great-nieces, Alaina and Parker Hall of Kinston, NC; his close friends, Nicky Taylor (Tonia) and Johnny Moody; and his pet Missy Lou. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kinston First Pentecostal Holiness Church (711 Phillips Rd, Kinston, NC 28504).
