She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harold "Pete" Sexton and Sally Sue Snider Sexton; her husband James Lawrence Ridge of Ridge's Specialty Cars; and her siblings, Billy Harold Sexton and Becky Sexton Rast.
She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Ridge Somers of High Point; her grandchildren, Jackson Ridge Somers (Elizabeth) of Charlotte and Anna Grace Somers of Charlotte; her great grandchild Blair Elizabeth Somers; her brother Buddy Bright Sexton (Nancy) of Denton; and her niece Denise Bean Sexton.
