He is survived by: his wife Beulah Blalock; his sons, Bryan Kelly Blalock (Bridget Blalock) and Jacob Kelly Blalock; his granddaughter Lilly Rayne Blalock; his son Justin Charles Blalock (Loeva Blalock); his grandchild Logan James Blalock; his son Wesley Logan Blalock (Whitney Blalock); his grandchild Kelsea Dianne Blalock; and his sister Pansy Valk (Terry Valk).
