He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward Bowman and Elizabeth Branham Bowman; and his brother-in-law Barry Owenby. He is survived by: his wife Monique Norris Bowman; his parents-in-law, Waylon Norris and Rozella Norris; his sisters, Judy Clodfelter (Charlie), Ellen Adams (Tim), Ann Walker (Steve) and Gay Owenby; his sister-in-law Michelle Shaffer; and his siblings' children, Judson Adams (Stacie), Curt Walker (Stacie), Noah Bowman (Courtney) and Jennifer Dillman (Harold).
