Denzil Wright Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Denzil Wright of Denton, North Carolina. Denzil, born on October 4, 1962, passed away on October 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Maynard Wright. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Wright; his wife Kim Wright; his sons, Zachary "Zack" Wright and Benjamin "Ben" Wright; his grandsons, Legend Wright and Elijah Wright; his sister Renea Baldwin (Eddie); his mother-in-law Carolyn "Mama C" Edwards; and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Hicks (Pam) and Kurt Hicks (Lauren). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Denton Wesleyan Church (16345 NC-109, Denton, NC 27239). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
