He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hugh Westbrook and Elsie Westbrook; his son Brian Westbrook; and his siblings, Walter Westbrook, Daniel Westbrook, Larry Westbrook, Carroll Westbrook, Heides Cranford, Rose Powell and Jean Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Poole Westbrook; his children, David Westbrook (Donna) and Janet Edwards (Tim); his adoptive son J. T. Tollison (Brenda); his daughter-in-law Pam Westbrook; his sisters, Myrtle Carwile, Wilma Michael (David), Margaret Morrow (Ika) and Elizabeth Wright (Tom); his grandchildren, Ashley Barker (Nathan), Keelie Westbrook, Dalton Westbrook (Autum), Billy Zmijewski (Chassity) and Mandy Hooper (Scotty); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Emma, Eli, Kaleigh, Hannya, Marrisa and Casen.
