He was predeceased by: his father John Clayton Tysinger (JC). He is survived by: his mother Maxine Hedrick Tysinger of Winston Salem; his son Petey Bullard of Denton; and his siblings, Johnny Tysinger (Lanette) of Denton and Karen Craver (Ned) of Arcadia.
