It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Micheal Ray Cranford of Denton, North Carolina, who passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Herman Cranford and Peggy Shue Cranford; and his daughter Autumn Lynn Cranford. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Graves Cranford; his children, Micheal Paul Cranford and Sara Anne Cranford (Ritchie Clayton Stegall); his brothers, Barry Hoover and Aaron Cranford (Kathy); his grandchildren, Cody Rinehardt (Erin), McKenna Cranford, Chandler Cranford, Jacob Cranford, Eli Morrison, Riley Morrison, Parker Morrison and Braylon Pleasants; his great grandchildren, Autumn and Jackson; and his stepdaughters, Rebekah Pleasants, Emily Morrison (Jeremy Edwards) and Morgan Pleasants.

Memorials can be made to Lineberry Church Cemetery Fund or to the Pallative Care Unit at Novant Forsyth Medical Center.
