We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2022, at the age of 83, Sidney Garner of Denton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Alpha and Rillie Hunt Garner; his siblings, C. F. Garner, Ashley Garner and Louise Pierce; his wife Nancy Hedrick Garner of Denton; his son Zane Garner (Monica L.) of Denton; his granddaughters, Hannah Cantu (David) and Haley O'Neal (Carter); his great grandchildren, Noah, Lucas Cantu and Isaiah O'Neal; his stepgrandchildren, Chris Small (Kaylan) of Denton, Breanna Olson (Eddie) of Nashua, NH and Amanda Safford (Johnny) of Salisbury; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Carly and Chandler Small; and his siblings, Barry Garner (Mary Ann) of Lexington, JoAnn Davis of Denton, Sue Ramsey of Denton and Wanda Lanning of Lexington.
