He is survived by: his wife Jolene Voncannon Freeman; his sons, Dr. Glenn Thomas and Dwain Freeman (Devona) of Denton; his grandchildren, Brienna Aardema (Jared), Delana Freeman, Lauren Freeman, Daysha Freeman and Holly Freeman; his great grandchild Amelia Aardema; and his sisters, Rosemary McRae (Charles) of Asheboro and Kena Hayes (Jerry) of Asheboro.
