She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McKinley Smith and Carlie Sylvania Matthews Smith; her siblings, Van D. Smith, Matthew Smith, Cora Lee Palmer, Lorell Myers, Betty Bates and Billy Smith; and her son Michael Eugene Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Bailey; her daughter Terri Pruett (Bruce); her daughter-in-law Alison Bailey; her grandchildren, Ian Bailey, Beverly Irvin (Chris), Whitney Pruett (James Faber) and Patrick Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Irvin, Cole Bailey and Sarah Irvin.
