She is survived by: her sons, Derek Smith (Regina) and Jason Smith, Sr.; and her siblings, Gerald Smith (Valine Powell-Smith), Reginald Carpenter (Tameka) and Terri Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
