With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Scott Rogers of Denver, North Carolina, who passed away on September 12, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Rogers and Martha Dees Rogers; his father-in-law Henry Hester; and his stepmother Karen Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ewing Rogers; his mother-in-law Jane C. Hester; his children, Brenton M. Somers of Hickory, Christopher A. Rogers, Amber S. Aiken (Elliot) of Rosman, NC and Lauren A. Rogers; his brother Mark Thomas Rogers, Sr. (Victoria) of Topsail Beach, NC.; his grandchildren, Wesley Aiken, Sawyer Aiken and Avery Aiken; and his cousin Cynthia Mahoney.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Webbs Chapel Methodist Church (4640 Webbs Chapel Church Rd, Denver, NC 28037).

In lieu of flowers, Scott asked that all memorials be made to Lincoln County YMCA, 1402 E. Gaston St., Lincolnton, NC 28092.
