He is survived by: his wife Marsha JoAnne Coverdale (Heaslip); his daughter Rebecca Elaine Murray; his grandchildren, Helen Grace Murray, Gracie Kathleen Coverdale, Claire Marie Coverdale, KarlieGrey Coverdale, Brynn Evelyn Coverdale and Ashlyn Brooke Coverdale; his sister-in-law Susan Coverdale (Crooke); and his niece Stephanie (Coverdale) Barts (Brandon Barts).
