She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester J. Foster and Doris Wooten Foster; and her brothers, Rex Foster and Donnie Foster. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Eugene Carter; her nephew Chris Foster (Jennifer); her cousin Bobby Wooten; her sisters-in-law, Jackie Foster, Cindy Milano and Becky Creasy (Jay); and her close friend Carol Milholand.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Forbush Friends Cemetery Fund.
