With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ellen Louise Chrismon Stanley (Dobson, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Richard Chrismon and Manervia Atkins Chrismon; her husband Ronald Ray Stanley; her granddaughter Misty Brindle Murray; and her siblings, Nancy Stanley, Frances Southard, Margie Dezern and Harvey Chrismon.
She is survived by: her daughter Lesa; her son-in-law Richard Brindle; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Brindle Creed (Roy Byrd) and Jennifer "Jenny" Brindle Canosa (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Chloe Creed and Wesson Creed. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
