She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvil Kester Scott and Nora Samuel Scott; her husband Wilfred O'Neil Moser; and her siblings, Imogene Scott, Lois Scott Nixon, Veva Scott Martin, Oleen Scott Haymore, Kay Scott Garnder, Clifford Odell Scott, Graham Oakley Scott, Jackie Wesley Scott, Rex Arvil Scott and Dean Lowell Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Avis M. Quesinberry (Keith), Tonya M. Key (Grayson) and Butch Moser; her daughter-in-law Lori; and her grandchildren, Laura Whitaker, Benjamin, Corey Moser, Katelyn, Kristin Smith, Austin and Savannah Key. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
