Henry Clyde Johnson Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 24, 2026, at the age of 94, Henry Clyde Johnson (Dobson, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Henry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Henry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Treva Mae Poe Johnson; his parents, Ulysses Grant (Johnson) and Annie Laura Bray Johnson; and his siblings, Mary Frances Davis and John M Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Johnson Allen (David) of Liberty, NC; his granddaughter Laura Allen Serratos (Daniel) of Durham, NC.; and his caregiver Cathy.
