He is survived by: his wife Tammy Snow Chapman; his stepdaughter Rashelle Nichole Shores (Adam); his grandchildren, Kate Shores and Riley Shores; his siblings, Lynn Blankenship (Curtis), Tomi Serfass (Thomas), Timothy Chapman and Terry Chapman; and his pet Brandi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
