He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Teague Clack and Dorothy Gravitte Clack; and his former wife Debra Southard Clack. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Rockholt; his children, Jett Clack (Alyssa Quintana), Blaine Guyer (Kristy Guyer) and Paul Guyer; his grandchildren, Adler Guyer and Isabell Guyer; his brother Bruce; and his sister-in-law Patsy Clack.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in his memory.
