She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Buck" Johnson and Roxie Stanley Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Steve Cox; her daughters, Mindy Marion (Scott) of King and Jennifer Cox of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Jacob and Cassidy Marion; and her sister Janet McPeak (Benny) of Pilot Mountain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
