It is with sadness that the passing of Patsy (Pat) Irene Edmonds (Dobson, North Carolina) is shared. Patsy, born on May 19, 1954, passed away on September 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh Edmonds; her parents, Howard Montgomery Draughn and Verlie Irene Draughn; and her niece Lorie Ann Goodwin. She is survived by: her daughter Breanna; her son-in-law Will Bennett of Yadkinville; her grandchildren, Abigail Marie and Oliver Luke Bennett; and her sister Frances (James Higgins). She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Salem Baptist Church (430 Rockford Rd, Dobson, NC 27017). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to ALS United North Carolina or SECU Hospice Home in Yadkinville.
