She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Christine Fulk Southern and James Ralph Southern, Sr.; and her siblings, Wanda Diane Southern Hicks and Daniel Ray Southern. She is survived by: her husband Julius Gary Cundiff; her children, Sandi Dawn Phillips Johnson (Dennis Todd) of Boonville, NC and Tony Jeffery Phillips of Dobson, NC; her grandchildren, Rev. Matthew Todd Johnson (Lindsay) of Morganton, NC, Nicholas Hunter Johnson (Katie) of Boonville, NC, Kaili Marie Phillips of Raleigh, NC, Abraham Landon Phillips of Salisbury, NC and Jordan Gauge Phillips of Dobson, NC; her great grandchildren, Madison Lynn Phillips, Ryleigh Autumn Phillips and Sadie Jane Johnson; her brother James Ralph Southern, Jr. (Punk); and her friend Judy Stanley of Westfield, NC..
