Ted Lynn Stanley Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Ted Lynn Stanley of Dobson, North Carolina. Ted, born on August 30, 1940, passed away on September 23, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ted Lynn Stanley to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Stanley and Ina Key Stanley; his wife Lois Ann Doby Stanley; his siblings, Elsie Stanley, Rachel Riddle and Mickey Stanley; and his brother-in-law Herbert White.

He is survived by: his daughter Lea Ann; his son-in-law Travis "T. J." McCraw; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Beth Stanley; his grandchildren, Travis McCraw Jr., Taylor McCraw, Jackson Stanley, Bella Stanley and Justice Stanley; and his sisters, Imogene Wilmoth (Michael) and Sandra Love.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Double Creek Church of Christ (674 Double Creek Rd, Dobson, NC 27017). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
