He is survived by: his wife Katie Venable Draughn; his children, Dana Johnson (Donnie), Doug Draughn (Carol) and Dale Draughn; his grandchildren, Logan Draughn (Julia), Morgan Johnson, Andi Schnuck (Max), Claire Draughn (Carson Mounce), Erin Bowman (Jacob) and Carson Draughn (Sydni Coalson); his great grandchildren, Liam Vasquez-Johnson, Hazel Draughn, Luca Vasquez-Johnson, Owen Draughn, Olive Schnuck, Henry Draughn, Daisy Schnuck and Hallie Bowman; his sisters, Patty Thomas and Helen McCormick; and his friend Reid Tilley.
