He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Mae Goodman; his parents, Willie Odell Goodman and Mattie Harper Goodman; and his brother Henry Goodman (Janelle). He is survived by: his daughter Jo Goodman of Dover; and his nephew Roger M. Goodman (Michelle) of Greensboro.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery (2681 Hillcrest Rd, Kinston, NC 28504).
