He is survived by: his significant other Connie Daw Gurganus; his sons, Marty Gurganus (Connie) and Todd Gurganus; his sister Marie Gurganus Hoover; his grandchildren, Michael Gurganus (Sarah Johnson), David Gurganus and Taylor Gurganus; and his great grandchild MJ Johnson.
