He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Earl and Virginia Rouse Barwick; and his siblings, Edward Rouse, Georgia Lee Grady and Patsy Rouse.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Gayle Stroud Rouse; his son Robert Rouse; his daughter-in-law Deborah of Seven Springs; his grandsons, Bryant Rouse and Ben Rouse (Casey) of Seven Springs; his great grandchildren, Spenser Kate Rouse, Evie Rouse, Ridge Rouse, Cannon Rouse and Leah Rouse; and his brother Perry Barwick (Bettye).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
