She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel Homer Hayes and Mildred Hayes; and her granddaughter Faith Nicole Rodgers. She is survived by: her children, Chris Teal (Nicole) and Morgan Teal (Chad Wade); her grandchildren, Jamie Jackson (Christian Daniels) and Eli Wade; her great grandchild Marina Belle Daniels; and her brothers, Paul Hayes (Leary) and Brian Hayes (Barbara).
