He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Everhart Guyse; his daughter Tammy Tolar (Eric) of Crestview, FL; his grandchildren, Aleshia Guyse, Ransom Tolar (Yurika) of Okinawa, Derrick Tolar and Darren Tolar of Florida; and his great grandchildren, Baylee Tolar and Kaleigh Tolar.
