Sadie Deans Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sadie Deans (Dudley, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sadie left this world on January 3, 2026 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stephen Bullard and Lucy Florence Driggers; her husband David Edward Deans; her son Leslie Edward "Eddie" Deans; and her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Locklear, Gladys Williams, Maggie Bowen, Dorothy McGrift, Olama Strickland and Sally Lockey.

She is survived by: her son Keith Deans (Susan) of Ashville; her sister Geneva Ruth Melton; and her grandchildren, Ryan Deans, Brandon Deans, Morgan Deans, Sarah Johnson and Hannah Handley. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
