She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Eugene Worthington and Mary Della Worthington; her brother Steven Eugene Worthington; and her daughter Kathy Bonner. She is survived by: her husband Jeffery Lynn Bonner; her siblings, Michael Worthington and Karen Sellers (Jack Sellers); her daughters, Jeannie Buchan (Calvin Buchan), Sarah Bonner and Jamie Bonner; and her grandchildren, Chelsi Leger (Andrew Leger), Caleb Buchan (Kitrina), Caden Castro, Dyson Best, Safira Bonner, Lataisha Bonner, Blanca Bonner, Kearstyn Holmes and Irra Carey.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home & Crematory (2873 US-117, Dudley, NC 28333).
