She is survived by: her sons, Adrian O'Neal (Melissa) and Adam Johnson O'Neal; her grandchildren, Lauren Craig (Colby), Alex O'Neal (Abbey) and Georgia O'Neal; her great grandchildren, Lyla Craig, Watson O'Neal and Calla Craig; her sister Paulette Warren (Tony); her sister-in-law Freda Johnson; and her caregivers, Jackie, Sherry, Michelle and Cynthia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
