He is survived by: his mother Linda Joyce Lunceford; his stepfather Huan Nguyen; his wife Paula Codwise; his daughters, Delaney Oliveros (Tommy), Madalyn Clark (Elijah), Hailey Priddy (Joe), Kristin Codwise and Elexis Codwise; his siblings, Nora Codwise, John Codwise (Bill) and Eric Nguyen (Jenny); and his siblings' children, Angel Preston (Mark), Shelby Ramos Rodriguez (Guillermo), Jordan Soper-Matte, Landon Morris (Joshua) and Logan Nguyen. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clements Funeral Home (1105 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clements Funeral Chapel (1105 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705).
